Return Eligibility (If It's Our Mistake)
You can request a return if:
You received the wrong size, color, or product
The item does not match the order details
Conditions:
Product must be unused and undamaged
Must be returned with original RAVIS packaging and invoice
Return shipping fee of ₹200 will be borne by the company in case of company error
Exchange (If Customer Ordered Wrong)
If you ordered the wrong product, size, or color and want to exchange it:
Conditions:
Product must be in original, unused condition
Must include packaging and invoice
Exchange shipping fee: ₹200
Once payment is received:
Pickup happens in 2 -3 business days
After we receive the returned item, we’ll send your correct product
