At RAVIS Footwear, we strive to provide a seamless and Luxury shopping experience. Please review our policy below for exchanges and cancellations.
Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges for products that are unused and in original condition.
Eligible for Exchange
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and boxes must be intact
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
Valid Reasons:
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products purchased during sale or with discount codes
- Items bought using gift vouchers
- Used, worn, or damaged products
- Minor color variation due to lighting/screen
📦 Size Unavailable Case
If your requested size is unavailable:
- A credit note will be issued
- Valid for 30 days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
🚚 Return Shipping
- A ₹200 return shipping fee will be applicable
- This cost will be borne by the customer
📬 How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share the following details:
- Full Name
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number & Email
- Reason for exchange
- Our team will guide you with the return process
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders (Prepaid & COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
⚠️ Important Notes
- RAVIS Footwear is not responsible for lost/damaged returns during transit
- Exchange will be processed only after quality check approval
- Requests not meeting the above conditions may be rejected
