Ravis Footwear Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Products not eligible for return or exchange include sale or discounted items, as well as those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher.

Exchanges:

Customers can exchange unworn and undamaged shoes within 7 days of delivery.

All tags, labels, and the original packaging must be intact.

Exchanges are permitted only once per order.

Exchanges are accepted for size issues, color discrepancies, or defects.

If the desired size is unavailable, customers will receive a credit note valid for 30 days, minus shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Request an Exchange:

Contact Ravis Footwear customer service within 2 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

Provide your name, address, phone number, email address, order ID, and details of the exchange request.

Pack the unworn footwear securely in its original packaging.

Ship the footwear to the address provided by Ravis Footwear customer service.

Order Cancellation:

Prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can also be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important Notes:

Ravis Footwear is not responsible for lost packages during return shipment.

Color variations due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered grounds for return or exchange.

Exchanges/returns will not be accepted for washed or worn footwear.
