You can request a return or correction when the item received does not match your order details.

Accepted when

  • You received the wrong size, color, or product
  • The product does not match the order details
  • Product is unused and undamaged
  • Original Ravis box, packaging, and invoice are available

Exchange if customer
ordered wrong

For wrong size, color, or product selection from the customer side, we can arrange an exchange after fee confirmation.

Exchange conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original box, invoice, and packaging are required
  • Exchange request must be raised within the policy window
  • Pickup is arranged after exchange fee confirmation

Exchange shipping fee: ₹200

For a Ravis-side mistake, reverse shipping and correction are handled by Ravis after verification. For a customer-requested exchange, ₹200 is charged as exchange shipping and is non-refundable.
